You own everything you write — recipes, memories, photos. We get a non-exclusive license to host, display, and (for public content) share your work. We do not claim ownership and we don't sell your content to third parties.
We've tried to keep this short and human. The headers below summarize what's legally binding once you sign up.

Don't scrape the public kitchen at scale (use the API politely — under 60 requests per minute per IP). Don't post other people's photos as your own. Don't post anything illegal. Don't use the platform to harass anyone.
We won't read your private content for marketing purposes. We won't sell your email. We won't auto-publish anything from your account. We won't change your visibility settings without telling you.
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime. We don't guarantee it. Plan for the day the network goes down — that's why the export button exists.
We can suspend an account for violating these terms or applicable law, with notice except in cases of imminent harm. You can appeal in writing.
You can delete your account any time from settings. We can terminate yours for the reasons above; we'll give you 30 days to export first unless legally barred.
Material changes get 30 days' notice via email and a banner in the app. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the company is registered. Disputes go to that jurisdiction's courts unless local consumer law gives you a different option.
